MetaHeight Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent travel agency operating the website https://aus.metaheighttravels.online. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Independent Agency — No Airline Affiliation
We are an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. We act as an intermediary to help you search and book travel provided by third-party airlines and suppliers. All airline names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their services.
3. Bookings, Prices & Fees
- Fares and availability are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued.
- Prices may change due to airline pricing, taxes and currency before ticketing.
- Any service fee we charge is disclosed in full before you pay and is separate from airline charges.
- You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary, passenger names and travel details for accuracy before confirming.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger names matching government-issued ID/passport.
- Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas and health requirements for your trip.
- Check airline rules for baggage, check-in times and restrictions.
- Arrive at the airport with sufficient time as advised by the airline.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the operating airline’s fare rules and our Refund Policy, together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Refund Policy, Flight Changes and Cancellations pages for details.
6. Travel Agent Accreditation (ATAS)
Travel agents in Australia are not government-licensed. Many agents hold voluntary accreditation under the AFTA Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS). We will confirm what accreditation and protection applies to your booking. We recommend you consider travel insurance for matters not otherwise covered.
7. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or services of any airline or third-party supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the affected booking, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property
Content on this website is owned by or licensed to MetaHeight Travels and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
9. Governing Law & Complaints
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are intended to be governed by the laws of Australia (and the applicable state or territory), and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that jurisdiction. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Specific governing law and venue should be confirmed by legal counsel before use.
